Jeffrey E. Dodson
HHA Executive Director
The Executive Director is the Authority’s chief management leader, responsible for carrying out Board direction and overseeing day-to-day operations without blurring the lines between governance and management.
The role includes keeping Commissioners informed, developing and managing the operating budget, ensuring compliance with federal and HUD requirements, leading staff through hiring and performance management, and implementing Board-approved policies. Depending on the size of the PHA, the Executive Director may also appoint additional executive leaders to support daily operations across departments.
